Mid-Pandemic?

Gawd, let’s hope we’re more than HALF WAY thru this shit!

But first, I want to mention and THANK Bill Tuman at Tuman Design for helping me with upgrades to my website.  Bill created the eCommerce page and then showed me how to populate it further.  To be clear, Bill’s creative talents which I believe are pretty significant, are NOT on view on my site- I had a very limited budget which didn’t allow for aesthetic and ‘modernizing’ upgrades.  Those efforts won’t hurt, but at this stage, it was just a technical matter of reaching out to the world via another avenue to see if I can sell some of my artwork.  Anyway, I strongly encourage website owners in need of creative and technical help to contact Bill:  https://tuman.design

So it looks likes its been a while since I made any updates to this blog page.  (If one makes a blog update in the forest, and no one sees it, does it exist?)

But, like all of us, I have been busy in the intervening time and I hope you’ll check out new, and revisit old, work from my studio!

‘Hannah’ is finished, photographed, video made and submitted to the Luxembourg Art Prize Competition!  Always a (very) long shot but here I go anyway.

I’m just finishing updating the photos of my work with the incredible work of Jim Gipe at Pivot Media, and his most able assistant Henry Amistadi.  Not only is Jim a terrific photographer, he and Henry are really a joy to work with!  I don’t know where all this effort- the photography and art business development will lead, but it’s a great experience!

Open Studio with the Kestrel 5k Farmland Run

I am holding an Open Studio on Sunday October 21st in conjunction with the Kestrel 5k Farmland Run.  The Kestrel event is a lot of fun even if you don’t run- there is local food, beer and crafts and of course, Kestrel is an important cause for our area.  Please stop by and visit!
